There is a period of less than optimum CO2 levels in the grow room

There is a period of less than optimum CO2 levels while the room is slowly filling. While the melting rate can be slowed by keeping dry ice in a food freezer, it can not be stopped. It is difficult to store dry ice at home. Some growers spray their plants with seltzer water. This drink is composed of water and CO2 and the CO2 is released as the water evaporates. This practice could get expensive with a large room full of plants, especially considering that, in order to produce measurable results, the CO2 should be replenished every hour or so. (This, of course, could lead to mold and rot, especially if the grower is producing flowering plants that are approaching maturity.)  If this method really appeals to you (using good marijuana seeds), consider an old-time seltzer bottle.
